"Recovery is like climbing a staircase; when you slip, you fall only one or two steps backwards, not all the way to the bottom like you may feel you have. Each time you slip, it is like taking two steps forwards, one back. It is a grueling journey at times, and sometimes it is okay to just sit down for a bit, maybe even look at how far you have come, as long as you keep climbing after. Some steps will be easier than the others which may seem mountains in themselves. But no matter what happens, even just choosing to take this journey is enough to fuel the path to victory from the chains. It is a conquerable battle, and if I can do it, so can you."
I want to get better. I want to. I’m going to.

"Do not let your disorder define you, you are stronger than it, it is not who you are, it is part of you, but dont be led by it. Take control, define your disorder."
